Sandy did a great job with this chandelier. It was quite large - 48" x 72" and colorful with many shapes intermingled. It was completed and delivered within the estimated time window and arrived 99% intact. Fortunately, Sandy had anticipated this minimal breakage and added more than enough extra pieces. She also sent videos to assist in the assembly once we were ready for that. I am very happy with the quality of this shop.

An absolutely beautiful chandelier, exactly what we wanted, customized to the exact size we needed. The colors and glass work are of excellent quality, and once you get a feel for how to place the pieces on the armature, it's exciting to see the composition come together by your own hand. I felt engaged in the artistic experience and proud of the result. Overall, it is no wonder that Sandy is a "Star Seller." She is consistently responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Sandy to others and am currently ordering more works from her myself.

Could not be happier...although I'd love to afford a Chihuly that was not in the cards...but honestly, no one can tell the difference, although I give credit to Sandi and her artistry. It is a statement piece for sure, have people walking by stopping and knocking to see where I got it - that says a lot! I did improve the light bulbs inside so that it'd be a little brighter and have 3 bulbs (vs. the one) so that if a bulb burns out, there are others still inside the cage all the glass hangs from. I also used zip ties vs. the provided metal ties just because I'm lazy and didn't want to twist :) Couldn't be happier with my purchase except if Sandi or or craftsman came here to the US to install it (LOL). Loved her service, and the chandelier! THANK YOU!

Am from the USA but in Mexico for the winter. Ordered this chandelier from Sandy's Art but had reservations regarding shipping to MX, customs issues, fragile item, etc. However, it arrived undamaged, no issues with customs and just hung today (beautiful). Great Experience!

Beautiful lamp I’m thrilled with it. It took a little longer to put together than I expected because we had to take another fixture down but it looks absolutely amazing. Sandy sent us extra pieces which were good to have on hand. Overall I am thrilled and it is a very impressive piece.

My shipment exceeded my expectations. I believe I have MORE than enough icicles to build this. It may take a while but I can’t wait to take photos she. It’s done. I bought a couple of varieties of ornaments to make it’s little signature. Oh and I must say. NOT a SINGLE icicle broke. Packaging was top notch. I would trust Sandy for any other big glass projects. While she takes inspiration from other artists (who doesn’t), she really makes it her own when it comes to colors and textures. Certainly you get your moneys worth!

The chandelier is amazing. Very high quality glass. Trying to install the hardware the drill jumped out of my nephew's hand and fell hard enough to gouge a heavy, wooden table, before crashing to the floor, where all the unwrapped glass was. Only ONE piece of glass broke. The was the only piece that broke. Everything arrived intact, very well packaged. It was wonderful to be able to share my vision with Sandi and have her create this work of art. It was a fun project, to get it put together. I did it over the course of two days and am very pleased with the finished product.

Thanks for patient seller who helped turn my dream into real. Fall in love with this style long time ago but hard to fit regular sized light into condo. Ordered a 30cm diameter one and managed to setup by following instruction. Actually it’s a little bit tricky during assembly. You need handy to arrange each glass piece to make whole light plump. Cannot wait to start next project!!

communication by Sandy was perfect all the way through start to finish, the boxes arrived just as expected and the end product is beyond our expectations. Sandy knocked it out of the park. if you're thinking of purchasing you will not be disappointed but please be aware you will need to take a lot of time to assemble and then install but it is absolutely worth it.

I had to admit I was a little apprehensive about ordering this light from halfway around the globe. Having said that, Sandy was excellent to work with, and the light turned out to be stunning. It's more beautiful in person than any picture could make it. For those thinking about purchasing this type of light, here's my input: Be ready for an install that you probably didn't anticipate. This was time-consuming but worth the work.

Beautiful blown glass chandelier for the entry of our new house near the beach! Sandy did a great job capturing the vision of the sun, the moon and the sky in this wonderful creation. She stayed in contact and really delivered an excellent piece of art for our home. I highly recommend her collection!

My experiences with the artist Sandy were exceptional. She gave prompt and detailed replies and was truly interested in my satisfaction and creating the artwork to my specifications. I can’t say enough about the extraordinary quality and beauty of my custom chandelier. It’s still in the process of being installed, which is labor intensive due to all the glass parts and I will post a picture of the completed installation. I might add that not one single piece out of say 100 was broken or even dinged, so well was this packed. The price I think was more than fair, maybe too much so considering the unique and time consuming production and shipping costs which were included. I guess my highest compliment I can offer would be to commission another light fixture from Sandyart, which I will in the near future. Thanks

What a beautiful piece!! We couldn’t be happier with how it came out. The flowers are really well done, each varied and flowing and elegant. Overall it's very cool and we're looking forward to hanging it up. Also want to say that Sandy was very accommodating and helpful in working out the details like particular shape, color, and lighting inside. I look forward to ordering from her again.

Sandy was very good at communicating with me every set of the way. The chandelier arrived in two pretty heavy boxes. One box has a little damage. I opened that section of the box and inspected the glass. We only saw that the tip of one piece of glass was broken. Sandy provided 10% replacement glass, so there won't be a problem. I am so excited to have this beautiful piece of art installed in my new home in two or three months, once construction is complete. I am beyond anxious to see it in our new home.

We can't say enough about Sandy. She was great to work with and the glass chandelier is simply fantastic. We wanted a "wow" entryway to our home and with Sandy's help we got it :) We were restoring an old home in Japan which meant that we had a lot of specific requirements around overall size and shape and weight of the glass. She worked with us and presented a design that was simply beautiful. Everything was packed perfectly and I think we had one piece of glass with a crack in it - though she sent a number of extras just in case. I only wish that we had more ceiling space to have her make another one! Really great experience working with Sandy and really highly recommended! She exceeded our expectations in every way.
