Refund policy

We have a 30-natural days return policy, which means you have 30 natural days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

Return & Exchange Conditions:

Condition 1
We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees. 
1. The product customization information does not match or an error in customization.
2. Stained/quality problem.
3. Wrong or mismatched size.
4. Wrong or lost shipment.
5. Damaged or otherwise defective.

Condition 2
Customers will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees.
1. Purchase the wrong item or choose the wrong size for the product.
2. The product is not suitable.
3. Personal reasons due to personal taste, changed mind etc.

Non-Refundable items:
1. Custom product, all the details of size, colors, shape confirmed before produciton, and once finish production, show the customer pictures, and customer approve before shipping. 
2. The extra glass enough to instead of the broken glass, no have quality or defective problem.
3. If extra glass not enough to instead of the broken glass, we will re-ship free replacements within 15days.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at sandy@sandiyart.com. Please take photos of the goods you receive, and tell me the return reason, we will give a result within 48hours.

If your return is accepted, please return the goods to below address, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
